Popis: The study serves to clarify the term "neoliberalism", which is unclearly defined in academic literature, politics, and everyday life. Its thesis is that neoliberalism is predominantly characterised by its state and constitutional agenda, the basis of which is a theory of the market that departs from classical and neoclassical theory. Methodologically, the study is based on the relationships between economic and political theory. It concludes that, from a neoliberal perspective, state and quasi-state institutions independent of societal interests can best ensure the efficiency and stability of the capitalist system globally, regionally and nationally as "well-meaning dictators".
