Popis: | This paper presents the stability analyzed results of an integration of a doubly-fed induction generator (DFIG)-based offshore wind farm (OWF) and a permanent-magnet synchronous generator (PMSG)-based OWF fed to a synchronous generator (SG)-based power system through a hybrid high-voltage direct-current (HVDC) link. The hybrid HVDC link consists of a line-commutated converter (LCC)-based inverter and two voltage-source converters (VSCs). The control schemes for VSC-rectifiers and LCC-inverter of the hybrid HVDC link are proposed. A frequency-domain scheme based on eigenvalue analysis and a time-domain method based on nonlinear-model simulations are both performed to examine the stability of the studied OWFs fed to a power grid using the proposed hybrid HVDC link. |
