The aim of the study is to develop a strategy for the development of an educational organization for the study of foreign languages, LLC "Donât Speak". The study was carried out on the basis of LLC «Donât Speak». Research subject: strategy development of a company, industry factors influencing strategic decision making. Methods of research: General scientific research methods were used: content and comparative analysis, evaluation of investment attractiveness of projects. The main results of the study: - the education sector in the Russian Federation was analyzed; - the features of strategic planning in the education sector were revealed; - a scheme for strategic planning in the field of teaching foreign languages was proposed including some elements of scientific novelty; - the analysis of the external and internal environment of the educational company "Donât Speak" LLC was carried out; - key problems of the company were identified; - three initiatives for the development of the company's strategy were proposed; - the effectiveness of the proposed initiatives was calculated and proven. Application field: application of the results of work in the activities of the company and the possibility of scaling the solution at enterprises in the field of teaching foreign languages. The scientific novelty of the research is the identification of significant factors for the contour of strategic planning of educational companies. Conclusions: The tasks of the thesis are solved, the goal is achieved, and the scope of application of the results is determined. The results obtained show signs of scientific novelty. The directions of further research are defined. |
