Determination of Various Crystallite Parameter for ZNO Nanoparticles Under Compression

Popis: In this work, the blade coating process was employed to prepare the ZnO films. The films were compressed at 90 MPa. XRD analysis was performed on prepared films to observe the effect of compression at various crystallite parameters. The main concern of the work is to study on the XRD analysis to find various crystallite parameters. Scherrer method, William-Hall technique and SSP (size strain plot) method has been used to analyze the data. The estimation revealed hexagonal wurtzite structure phase of both compressed and uncompressed ZnO nanoparticles. In this study crystal size, lattice strain, energy density and crystal stress has been found out. Here lattice strain, energy density and crystal stress increased but crystallite size decreased due to pressure.
