This scoping review will examine the literature that describes the process of initial engagement of Christian faith-based partners in community engaged research. Specifically, we will examine the degree to which the authors explain the process of initial engagement with the organizational leaders and congregations, their rationale for selecting specific faith communities, details of recruitment procedures, and discussion of facilitators and barriers related to obtaining participants for the projects. |
