Popis: | The objective of this investigation was to determine the enzymatic digestive profile of Leiarius marmoratus adults, extracted from the natural environment. The enzymatic profile was characterized in Yaque with weight and length of 1037 ± 164 g and 50 ± 4 cm respectively. Once the fish were captured, they were transferred to the laboratory, slaughtered and the digestive treatment was extracted (stomach and intestine), which was frozen in liquid nitrogen and stored at -20 ° C. Hydrolysis of protein, carbohydrates and lipids was detected along the digestive tract, with this activity being greater at the level of the anterior intestine (34.3, 0.36 y 8.5 U/mg of protein, respectively). It presented non-specific proteolytic activity acid (stomach) and alkaline (intestine). The lipolytic and amylase activity were observed in the stomach, the midgut. The analyzes show significant enzymatic activity (P |
