Popis: | Harmonic analysis method was used in order to investigate the peculiarities of the repolarization process in the sinusoidal electric field of both nominally pure, irradiated by × rays and doped with Cr3+ ions TGS crystals. The measurements of the second harmonic amplitude of the repolarization current dependencing upon the amplitude and the frequency of the applied electric field as well as the temperature were carried out. The activation energy U act values of the relaxational motion of the domain walls as well as the values of the interaction energy U int between domain walls and point defects were determined. The value of U int is smaller than that of U act approximately by an order of magnitude. |
