This study is mainly to analyze the correlation between talents with different professional positions and salary satisfaction among college teachers. A total of 1,911 valid questionnaires were collected by questionnaire survey. First of all, it is judged whether there is a significant correlation between the two through cross-contingency analysis, and then it is further determined by correspondence analysis and qualitative data modeling. Finally, the study found that there is a significant difference in salary satisfaction among different professional and technical personnel, and the higher the positions, the higher the satisfaction with their current salary level. Based on this finding, the paper puts forward targeted programs to mobilize teachers’ enthusiasm, including conducting regular salary surveys for teachers, establishing a scientific and perfect performance management system, and improving teachers’ income level. |
