Under these conditions, the entire set of quarantine measures set out in the "Veterinary Rules for the Implementation of Preventive Measures, diagnostic, therapeutic, restrictive and other measures, the establishment and abolition of quarantine and other restrictions, aimed at preventing the spread and elimination of foci of myxobacterioses of salmon and sturgeon fish "and approved in accordance with the order of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation No. 644 of 22.09.2021 has no scientific justification, and many of the provisions contained therein are outdated or need to be adjusted.
