Popis:	Purpose: The Russian agrarian complex is currently facing the problem of choosing strategic directions for its development related to issues of economic independence and food security. The need for advanced competitive development of the Russian agro-industry in the context of the global economy dictates the need to modernize most of its industries and revive certain areas. Issues of state regulation of activity of the Russian agro-industrial complex (agrarian and industrial complex) have undoubted relevance in the solution of these tasks, namely questions of the state support of agricultural producers of the priority direction as in general within public policy, and it’s major version - legal policy.
