The purpose of this research is to identify the effect of workload and work stress on work satisfaction, the effect of workload, work stress, and work satisfaction on turnover intention, and the effect of workload and work stress on turnover intention through work satisfaction in employees of CV. Cahaya Baru. The method used in this study is the quantitative method. Sample used of this research is all of the employee in CV. Cahaya Baru consist of 63 employees. The sampling technique uses total sampling method. Data collection techniques used a questionnaires and observations. Data analyzed using a path analysis with SPSS 25.0 application program. The result reveal that workload and work stress had a significant effect on work satisfaction, workload, work stress, and work satisfaction had a significant effect on turnover intention, workload and work stress do not significantly affect on turnover intention through work satisfaction. |
