The subject of the graduate qualification work is «Assessment of efficiency of industrial safety management systems».This work is devoted to the assessment of the efficiency of the implementation of the industrial safety management system in accordance with the requirements of legislation in the sphere of industrial safety at hazardous production facilities of the chemical industry and the development of recommendations for its improvement.The following tasks were set in this work: Research and analysis of the regulatory framework, namely Federal Law No. 116 starting from the first edition of 1997 and ending with the most recent one in 2021, defining the structure and management cycle of the industrial safety management system. Analysis of statistical data on accidents at hazardous production facilities of the chemical industry. Development of a system of indicators characterizing the functioning of the industrial safety system.Definition of assessment methods, description of the assessment framework for each group of indicators. Development of measures to improve the efficiency of the industrial safety management system.As a result of the work, the indicators that are most suitable for evaluating the industrial safety management system were selected, a system consisting of 4 elements was compiled, and the framework for each element were selected. Methods of efficiency assessment are considered, an example of calculations is given, based on these data, recommendations were selected that can improve the efficiency of the industrial safety management system and the level of safety at the enterprise. |
