Publisher Summary The evolution of technology and particularly that relating to new materials with semiconductors has supported for two decades the photovoltaic one. A total strategy was adopted and supported on the one hand search through the various incentives legal, morals, and material. On the other hard the control of technology by the exploitation of various opportunities offered within the framework of the co-operation that it is bilateral or multilateral. It is within this framework that the operation of the Photovoltaic Power station of Hammam Biadha (PVPHB) was initiated. This paper discusses the analysis of the situation of exploitation and exposes thereafter alternatives of development based on the interconnection with the distribution network. |
