Popis: Clinical History: A 71 years-old male with prior history of low anterior resection due to high T3 rectal adenocarcinoma and hepatic metastesectomies for early recurrent disease, reported dorsal and upper abdominal pain, after being seven years disease-free. Elevated alkaline fosfatase (550 U/L) and gamma-glutamyltransferase (821 U/L) with nearly normal transaminases were noted.
