The present work is developing the subject, which was presented in the author’s report at QNDE Conference, Jul. 19–24, 1998, dealing with mathematical simulation of technological process for prediction and diagnostics of various internal imperfections in components, the detection of which by using conventional means of QNDE is tied with significant problems. The report mentioned considered technological processes of welding of characteristic structural materials. The present work describes the results of application of the approach being developed as one of the tools of QNDE applied in special electrometallurgy at manufacture of large ingots of Inconel-718. |
