Popis:	Case report of successful surgical treatment of giant cavernous hepatic hemangioma combined with generalized sarcoidosis is presented. Information about etiology, pathogenesis and management of these diseases, brief literature review are exhibited. The role of modern methods of diagnostic visualization, preoperative endovascular superselective embolization as well as features of blood-sparing extensive liver resection are discussed.
