Popis: | Experience in the use of the magnetic-noise method, which is based on recording magnetization-reversal jumps (Barkhausen jumps), for the nondestructive testing of the stress state of metal steel products is presented based on the following examples: the torsion shafts of tracked vehicles, bearings, assembly frames of the gear legs of aircraft, and pipes of the oil and gas industry. It was shown that the magnetic-noise method is useful when debugging and improving the techniques for the manufacturing of metal products and for the step-by-step checking of residual stress during the production process. |
