Popis: On the basis of the mechanism described in [4] the theory of induced magnetic anisotropy (IMA) in ferromagnetic films annealed in a magnetic field H is developed. The polycrystalline film is regarded as an assembly of non-interacting cylindrical grain boundaries. A non-isotropic distribution of the impurity atoms at the grain boundaries that is responsible for IMA, after thermo-magnetic annealing (TMA), results from boundary diffusion and is determined by competition among magnetostatic energy of the grain boundary, entropy, and mixing energy. The diffusion equation is derived. It can be exactly solved for a constant magnetization direction, and in an approximation linear with time for the process of smooth reorientation of the axis of easy magnetization (AEM). Data are given obtained from the investigation of the dependence of the anisotropy field HK and the angle of rotation of AEM ξ on annealing duration t, magnetic field H, and annealing temperature Ta. The experimental data are in qualitative agreement with the theory. [Russian Text Ignored].
