The article analysed data on harvesters, processors, commercial types of wild plants, the distance between enterprises and other materials for creating clusters for obtaining wild food products in the Irkutsk region. According to studies in the region, 5 clusters were identified. To optimize the interaction between harvesters and processors of wild products, it is proposed to use a two-criterion problem of optimizing the obtaining of wild plants. At the same time, based on the properties of parameter variability, models of linear optimization with deterministic and interval parameters are considered. To solve the two-criterion problem, the method of concessions is used. Experiments with changes in concessions showed that the value 0.1 obtained by experts is most acceptable for the proposed model, and if the value of the concession is more than 0.2, the problem does not have an optimal solution. In the problem of linear programming with interval parameters, the estimates with lower and upper values are used as profit, labor costs for obtaining products and productivity of wild plants. The results of the solution, calculated using a model with interval parameters, characterize the worst and best options associated with external factors of growth of wild plants. |
