Popis: The Grand Strand Water and Sewer Authority (GSWSA) is located on the South Carolina Grand Strand, a 60-mi strip of golden beaches with more than 40,000 rooms for rent, almost 60 golf courses, more hotel swimming pools than the rest of the state combined, more than 700 restaurants, and a resident population that may double by the year 2000. It is one of the fastest-growing regions in the United States. Almost 12 million visitors come to the Grand Strand every year. They spend more than $1 billion a year and have created a phenomenal tourist economy. The area is probably known best for its centerpiece Myrtle Beach. A great deal of the water and wastewater services necessitated by this remarkable growth must be provided by GSWSA, the largest water and wastewater utility provider in the area. Consumer confidence is vital to us, which is why we have developed the best possible communication techniques.
