Popis:	The toxicity of terrilytin prohibits its intravenous injection in sufficient doses to destroy thrombi. This paper investigates the alternative method of peroral administration of the enzyme in a liposomal form to protect it from the gastric tract and transport it to the blood stream. Iodine 125 was used as the label to assess both the pathway and the thrombolytic effect of the liposomal form of terrilytin.
