Popis:	A case of pleomorphic adenoma in the cheek of a man aged 68 is reported.The pleomorphic adenoma was immediately removed surgically.Histopathological examination showed a duct-like structure and myxomatous variation.During the observation period of 6-years and 3-months, the patient remained asymptomatic.
