Popis: Curriculum translates the academic institution's vision into action. The back bone of the curriculum is its alignment among the components. By complying with the processes of curriculum alignment at different level, multiple values and competencies are achieved by graduates that guide ethical and professional nursing practice. This paper highlights the significance and processes of curriculum alignment. It also provides practical recommendation for the challenges to curriculum alignment.
