Popis: | Industrial Development takes place in this century very fastly. During this development nobler of colors and dyes are used. These dyes are responsible for the various pollution like water, soil and other pollution. Mostly the industrial water was discharged into rivers, pods and other water bodies. To overcome this problem, it become necessary to remove these dyes from the industrial discharge. One of the solutions is that the industrial effluent must be treated before the discharge into other water bodies. We have developed the activated charcoal from the fruit peel of plant Hydnocarpus pentandra and used for the adsorption of Methylene Blue dye. Its activated charcoal shows the excellent adsorption for Methylene Blue dye. Around 90–95% of the dyes gets adsorbed over it. Thus, simple method from the of the fruit peel was developed. This is low cost, easy to prepare and have good efficiency. This may be used for the adsorption of various dyes. |
