Popis: The initial evaluation of a patient with PAH in the context of CHD is usually accomplished by history taking, physical examination (including inspection, palpation and auscultation), electrocardiography (ECG), chest radiography and exercise testing (CPET or 6MWT). The weight of the information gained from these different techniques varies with the type and severity of the disease. However, the selection of appropriate diagnostic tests and management choices heavily depend on skilful history taking and the physical examination.
