| Popis: | The following are notes taken during the discussion following the presentation. Judge Markey commented that in his experience to date he had found reports (including those of the social workers and Guardians ad Litem) to have been done to a high standard. He had no criticism save one, ie that reports sometimes contained regurgitation of information gathered over the years - this not helpful. The main report should give background, then as the situation changes, short addendums and summing up with recommendations are all that is required. |
