Popis: | Using full-potential linear-muffin-tin-orbital molecular-dynamics method, we have studied the geometric and electronic structures of short possible silicon nanotube consisting of silicon rings. All atoms in the ring structures have fourfold coordination. The stacked tubes are stable. |
