Popis: | Complexes of semiconductor CdSe/ZnS quantum dots and molecules of chlorin e6 in dimethyl sulfoxide have been formed. Conditions of formation and spectral and luminescent properties of the complexes have been studied. The quantum yield of luminescence of chlorin e6 in the complexes has been found to correspond to that of its monomer form. It has been shown that the complexes have energy transfer from the quantum dots to the molecules of chlorin e6 being observed, with its effectiveness being about 25%. |
