Popis: Many pregnancies associated diseases are adding to the development of Pregnancy Related Acute Kidney Injury (PR-AKI) like Pre-Eclampsia/Eclampsia (PE/E), HELLP Syndrome, Antepartum/Postpartum Hemorrhage (APH/PPH) and Pregnancy Associated Thrombotic Microangiopathy (P-TMA) are common. Puerperal sepsis, septic abortion, Pre-Eclampsia/Eclampsia, HELLP Syndrome, Antepartum and Postpartum Hemorrhage are common risk factors for PR-AKI development. PR-AKI patients have adverse impact on the maternal health and may leads to development of CKD even death.
