| Popis: | Factors Affecting Acceptor Not Using Implant Contraception Tool. This study aims to identify factors affecting acceptors not using implant contraception based on knowledge, age, education, occupation, parity, cost, and husband support. The type of this research is descriptive with cross sectional research approach. This research was conducted at Puskesmas I Melaya from 15 - 21 January 2018. Sampling in this research was done by accidental sampling technique with 30 respondents. The instrument of data collection used is questionnaire. The result of research of factors influencing acceptors do not use implant contraception at Puskesmas I Melaya that most (66,7%) of the respondents are knowledgeable about KB Implant, almost half (43,3%) of respondents come from grandemultipara, half (50,0%) of respondents come from age more than 35 year, most (63,3%) of respondent from primary education ie elementary and junior high, most (63,3%) respondents who do not work, almost most (76,7%) respondents said the cost of Implant KB expensive, and almost most (80,0%) of the respondents did not get support from the husband. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi faktor- faktor yang mempengaruhi akseptor tidak menggunakan alat kontrasepsi implant berdasarkan pengetahuan, umur, pendidikan, pekerjaan, paritas, biaya, dan dukungan suami. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskritif dengan pendekatan penelitian cross sectional. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Puskesmas I Melaya dari tanggal 15 – 21 Januari 2018. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan teknik accidental sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 responden. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Hasil penelitian faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi akseptor tidak menggunakan alat kontrasepsi implant di Puskesmas I Melaya yaitu sebagian besar (66,7%) responden berpengetahuan rendah tentang KB Implant, hampir setengahnya (43,3%) responden berasal dari grandemultipara, setengahnya (50,0%) responden berasal dari umur lebih dari 35 tahun, sebagian besar (63,3%) responden yang berasal dari pendidikan dasar yaitu SD dan SMP, sebagian besar (63,3%) responden yang tidak bekerja, hampir sebagian besar (76,7%) responden mengatakan biaya KB Implant mahal, dan hampir sebagian besar (80,0%) responden tidak mendapatkan dukungan dari suami. |
