Popis: | We propose the equation of glass transition of resin basing on experimental investigations of influence of the composition of the epoxy diane resin based composite on the glass transition temperature. It is observed experimentally by the Differential Scanning Calorimetry that the glass transition temperature of non-modified ED-20 resin increases with the hardener L-20 mass fraction. The addition of organosilicon filler PDMS-5 increases little the glass transition temperature from 80 to 85 °C. The addition of nanodispersed pyrogenic silica HDK filler significantly increases the glass transition temperature up to 116 °C. A theory describing the three athermal plateaus in the dependence of the glass transition temperature on the hardener mass fraction is formulated. The equation of glass transition sufficiently fitting the measured points of the glass transition temperature is found. The formulated equation can be useful to prediction the glass transition temperatures of polymer composites based on epoxy resins. |
