Calibration of a Gas Monitor Detector using a Cryogenic Radiometer for Measuring the Radiant Power of Extreme Ultraviolet Free Electron Laser at SPring-8

Popis: A gas monitor detector was calibrated to a cryogenic radiometer for measuring the radiant power of EUV‐FEL (extreme ultraviolet free electron laser) at the wavelengths of 51 nm and 61 nm. The output signals of the gas monitor detector showed good linearity against the radiant power measured by the radiometer in the range from 6 μW to 160 μW. The calibration coefficients of the gas monitor detector are determined with the relative standard uncertainty of around 5 %.
