Popis: | An efficient and reusable catalytic system for aerobic oxidation of alcohols with bi-functionalized PEG1000 ionic liquid ([Imim-PEG1000-TEMPO][CuCl2−]) was described. This ionic liquid shows catalytic properties similar to those of its non-supported counterpart in terms of activity and selectivity affording the target products in good yield, moreover, [Imim-PEG1000-TEMPO][CuCl2−] could be recycled and reused without significant loss of catalytic activity after five runs. Notably, the protocol presented here provides an efficacious strategy to achieve both catalyst recycling and product isolation from a viewpoint of green chemistry. |
