Popis: | The model studies on C6 glioma cells showed that the role of nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (nAChR) in the regulation of the redox balance varies under different cultivation conditions. In a serum-free medium, the inhibitor of nAXP alpha-cobratoxin alleviates the oxidative stress that is manifested in an increase in the activity of superoxide dismutase and catalase, the level of reduced glutathione and in a decrease in the concentration of malonic dialdehyde. |
