Popis: | The article deals with the origin and development of the state on the basis of Marxist-Leninist theory. It is proved that in matters of understanding the state, a special role is played by the question of the versatility of the essence of the state and its typology. Attention is focused on the features of the formation of the socialist state from the position of the formation approach in the typology of the state. The author emphasizes the evolution of the provisions of the Marxist-Leninist doctrine in modern legal science, as well as their relevance in the context of political and legal pluralism. |
