The temporal characteristics of a high-voltage discharge in binary mixtures of proton solid electrolytes Rb, Cs / H₂PO₄ at 520 K were studied. During the discharge, the minimum resistance of the samples is reached 15–20 μs after the start of the discharge. This time is the largest for the composition 0.5Rb, 0.5Cs / H₂PO₄. Quasistationary current is reached in 10-15 μs after the maximum voltage. The maximum power released in the discharge channel increases with increasing amplitude of the pulse voltage and is proportional to the product of instantaneous values of U (t) I (t). |
