Popis:	The article describes the main issues of state regulation of youth employment. The authors updated the problems of labor socialization of young people in the Russian socio-economic conditions. The article focuses on the legal regulation of this sphere both at the national and regional levels. Reasonable measures aimed at increasing competitiveness and professionalization of the young generation in the labor market conditions are substantiated.
