Popis: The murine monoclonal antibody (mAB) anti-Y 29/55 (IgG2A) reacts with malignant B-lymphocytes obtained from patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or non-Hodgkin’s-lymphoma (NHL) (1). We have used this antibody for in vitro complement (C’) induced elimination of lymphoma cells in human bone marrow (b.m.) prior to autologous b.m. transplantation (2). Certain mAB are known to induce antigenic modulation. This could interfere with optimal C’-mediated cell lysis (3). Optimal incubation conditions have been defined with CLL-cells
