Popis: | We interpret the impedance results of Part I of the paper in terms of an equivalent circuit composed of three series components: a resistive term and two reactive terms. It is postulated that the higher frequency relaxation (1 kHz to 5 mHz) arises from charge transfer at the β alumina interface, the lower frequency, relaxation (ϖ. 5 mHz) from a Warburg impedance in series with the faradaic impedance of the porous carbon fiber electrodes. Voltages relaxation measurements during constant current charge/discharge, as well as at open-circuit support this interpretation |
