Popis: | —The implementation of large-scale projects for the development of the Arctic inevitably requires the participation of both Russian and foreign manufacturers of marine facilities and, accordingly, the use of both domestic and foreign steels. In this regard, it is advisable to compare the order of appointment of Russian and foreign regulatory requirements for steels designed for operation at low climatic temperatures and for the welded joint metal and to analyze the theoretical and experimental validity of these requirements. This is especially important owing to the fact that differences in metal quality requirements can serve as a tool to drive out Russian steel manufacturers from international projects. |
