Popis:	Procedures for the synthesis of a series of phenyl-substituted silylamines, disilazanes, cyclotrisilazanes, and cyclodisilazanes are reported, and relevant new observations on the synthesis of silicon-nitrogen compounds are pointed out. NMR and IR spectral characteristics useful in the identification and characterization of these and related compounds are summarized.
