The textbook, in accordance with the program approved by the Ministry of education and science of the Russian Federation, deals with the history of surgery, the basics of operative surgery, the doctrine of wounds, the basic principles of diagnosis and treatment of traumatic injuries in animals, issues of injuries with the peculiarities of military injuries, biology and pathology of open and closed injuries in animals, burns and frostbite. The features of the course of surgical infection, its prevention and treatment are given. Questions of diagnostics, surgical and pathogenetic treatment of surgically sick animals are reflected. In the presentation of the material, attention is paid to the results of modern scientific developments and new surgical technologies in productive animal husbandry. The textbook is intended for University students majoring in "Veterinary and sanitary examination" and the direction of training bachelors "Veterinary and sanitary examination". |
