The inclined diffusion devices electric drive automated control system as the electromechanical complex including the main drive and the drive of auxiliary mechanisms is represented. In particular, a frequency-regulated electric drive of the scoop wheel was introduced. The laws of its regulation are developed, which input value is the motor shafts relative rotation angle, and the output value is the scoop wheel rotation speed, which ensures uniform loading of the main drive motors. The results of modeling of the proposed laws of regulation, which illustrate the operation of the automated control system, are represented. Experimental results of implementation of the proposed system in production, showed a positive effect on the reliability and efficiency of the drive system |
