Popis: | A series of samples with the nominal compositions Fe 1.02 Te 0.85 Se 0.15− x S x ( x = 0, 0.0375, 0.075, 0.1125 and 0.15) have been synthesized to study the influence of the S substitution of Se on the lattice parameters and superconducting properties. It has been found that the S substitution basically has no effect on the lattice parameters a and c of the tetragonal phase. However, T c of Fe 1.02 (Te 0.85 Se 0.15− x S x ) superconductors clearly decreases with S doping. |
