Popis: The aim of this paper this work offers modern detection tools, analysis and prediction of mechanical failures for rotating machines, namely, the data collector and vibration analyzer and diagnostic software for mechanical or electrical defects (defects meshing, bearing defects, wear default, ...), and by the technique of vibration analysis. We consider the likely failures that may arise during the operation of these machines and all measurable data such as vibration levels and associated spectra, and the relevant mathematical tools : the theoretical simulation failures, analysis of the analytical model, the determination of different parameters for developing methods appropriate to each case. Analytical solutions obtained are faced with those found experimentally. In this work, it is proposed to theoretically and experimentally study the vibration behavior of industrial rotating machinery.Following the vibration diagnosis and the results obtained theoretically and experimentally, technology solutions can be proposed.
