Popis: | This paper describes a novel hydrogel based on crosslinked chitosan with glutaraldehyde interpenetrating polyether polymer network. The gel can hydrolyse in acid at 37°C due to the cleavage of imine bonds within the network. At pH≥7, there is no hydrolysis. The pH-dependent release of cimetidine from the gel was also investigated. |
