Popis: | The volumetric error modeling method is an important technique for enhancement of the accuracy of CNC machine tools by error compensation. Based on an multi-body system (MBS), a universal kinematics error modeling method and the error analysis method for NC machine tools is presented in this paper. The essential condition for precision machining is derived through mathematical equations. The numerical solution method for the precise NC instruction value is also presented in this paper. A series of simulation and experiment results shows that the machining accuracy of CNC machine tools can be improved by more than 60% by using the method presented in this paper. |
