Popis: | We synthesized and characterized a core-shell-shell upconverting nanoparticle architecture. Compared to the traditional core-shell architecture, we demonstrated 2-fold brighter single particle emission and 8-fold improved emission enhancement via Förster resonant energy transfer to a dye. |
