Popis: | A study was carried out, by the method of x-ray structural analysis, of the mechanism of protective film formation on the surface of a material of the ZrB2-ZrC-Sic-C system during its oxidation. It was established that the process of protective film formation is based on the reactions of ZrB2, ZrC, and SiC with oxygen. |
