Popis:	We report a patient with chronic virus B and C hepatitis, who developed a fatal hepatic failure after chemotherapy suppression. A 56 years old man diagnosed of glioblastoma in treatment with cisplatin, procarbacin and UFT whose treatment was stopped because a raise in serum transaminases. Five days later, he developed an acute hepatic failure and died.
